Limited Warranty
Sofazig offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. During the applicable one-year warranty period, Sofazig, as its sole obligation, will repair or replace (at Sofazig's option) any product, part or component covered by this warranty which Sofazig determines has failed under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship; Sofazig will repair or replace the aforementioned product, part, or component with a comparable product, part or component. Sofazig must receive a written claim notice at support@Sofazig.com within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days after discovery of the basis for the warranty claim. Images of the product issue may be required by Sofazig to initiate a warranty claim. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser who acquired new product from Sofazig, or its authorized resellers. Any misuse, abuse, or modification to the original product voids the warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Exclusions from Limited Warranty. Sofazig does not warrant:
•    Natural variations of wood grain or figure or the presence of character marks
•    Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light
•    Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather
•    Failure resulting from normal wear and tear
•    The matching of colours, grains or textures of natural materials
•    The colourfastness or the matching of colours of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or to swatch
•    Designs that have been upholstered in COM (Customers' Own Material).
•    Damage, marking, or staining of veneer or painted surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds; improper use of cleaning products, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to moisture, salt air or direct sunlight
•    Discoloration of textiles and surface materials due to exposure to elements, soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim
•    Damage caused by storage or relocation of product after the initial delivery to the consignee
Sofazig will not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

Placing An Order:
Before ordering please check the dimensions of the entrance/door of your premises, make sure that the product you are going to order will easily enter through your doors, if the dimensions of the doors are less than the size of the product, The product will not be taken back.
Some products have to be assembled, the size of such products is different after being assembled. Please do a thorough examination while ordering such products. Such products are easy to carry indoors in part.
On return:
If you choose to return the item, please ensure that the product is ready and packaged in its original condition.

Damages
Sofzig designs the packaging of its products in such a way that there is zero damage and the product reaches your home in its original condition, in case of any damage, please notify us immediately and share photo videos of damages. If the product is not assembled, and some parts are missing, in this condition the company will provide the parts to you as soon as possible.
Products that are delivered to you in wooden pallets, please open their packaging only with the help of a screwdriver, and do not try to drag the product without fully opening the pallets, if opened in any other way then the product placed inside may damage . In this condition the company is free from any liability.
